​1 Non-contact measurement
Measure the movement and speed of the object in a non-contact manner, which can prevent the object to be measured from being scratched. In addition, there is no need to worry about sliding or abrasion of the contact part, measurement errors are reduced, and high-precision and stable measurement can be achieved.

2 High acceleration tracking
Using Canon's original contour matching method, it supports the acceleration of the measured object up to 100G. It follows the high acceleration and deceleration of the conveyed object, and can perform high-precision measurement even in applications such as pressure equipment that require emergency stop and rapid acceleration.

3 Userbility
This product uses white LEDs. There is no need to consider the laser level and to maintain the measurement environment. It can be easily installed and measured without risk.

4 Achieve a wide measuring depth
WD: 70 mm, measuring depth: ± 15 mm can be achieved. Even if vertical vibration occurs during the transportation of the measurement object, high-precision measurement can still be performed.

5 Zero velocity measurement・Bidirectional measurement
Two-way measurement (± 4,000 mm / s) and standstill (zero speed )are possible.
